Sean Murray has over 30 years’ experience in communications and public affairs with multinational companies in a variety of business sectors. His early career included five years in sales with an international shipping company. Between 1987 and 1990, Sean held senior positions in corporate communications with GE (USA) and Unisys. He joined the Brussels office of Philip Morris in 1991 handling media relations, internal communications and lobbying. He was appointed Director EU Government Relations in 1999. Sean joined EUK in 2003 to set up its Brussels office. He is fluent in French, German and Italian having taught modern languages and worked in a number of European countries.
Tom became a Director of EUK in January 2012 and was appointed Head of the EUK Brussels Office in February 2018. Tom is a graduate of French and Politics from the University of Glasgow. Tom worked in a Brussels-based Trade Association and completed internships in the European Parliament and a social NGO before joining EUK in April 2007. Alongside his native English, Tom speaks fluent French and German.
Francesco joined EUK in October 2016, having previously interned in the firm from March to December 2015. He also completed internships at the Representation of the Gibraltar Government to the EU, and at the European Commission. Francesco holds a BA in International and Diplomatic Studies from the University of Trieste (Italy), a MA in International Relations and European Studies from the University of Kent (UK), and a MA in History of International Relations from the University College Dublin (Ireland). Francesco has lived in Italy, the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, and now lives in Belgium. He speaks fluent English, French, and Italian.
Frida joined EUK in January 2015. Previously she worked on an information project for the European Parliament elections, and completed internships in the European Parliament and a Brussels-based business confederation. Frida holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from University College Dublin and a MSc in International Relations and Global Governance from the University of Gothenburg. She speaks Swedish (native), English and German.
Gintare joined EUK in July 2015 having previously worked as a Junior Consultant at a Brussels based public affairs consultancy. Prior to that, she completed internships in a multinational company, the Permanent Representation of Lithuania to the EU and the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry. Gintare holds a Master’s degree in European Public Affairs from Maastricht University in the Netherlands. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from the University of Southern Denmark. Gintare speaks Lithuanian, English and German.
Marc joined EUK Consulting in July 2016, having previously worked for an international environmental NGO in Brussels. Prior to that, he completed traineeships both with an MEP in Brussels and an MP in Westminster. Marc holds an MSc in Politics and Government in the EU from the London School of Economics and a BA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent. He speaks English, French and Italian.
Emese joined EUK Consulting in August 2017. She had previously completed a traineeship at the European Parliament and gained experience in the non-profit sector whilst working for a Hungarian NGO. Emese holds a Master’s degree in European Studies from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary. She speaks Hungarian and English, and understands German.
Elisabeth joined EUK in September 2019. She has previously had traineeships at the European Commission and in the non-profit sector working for CONCORD Europe, the Global Call to Action Against Poverty and SDG Watch Europe. Elisabeth holds a Master’s degree in International Migration with Foreign Policy at the University of Kent – Brussels School of International Studies, and a Bachelor’s degree in Modern History and Politics at Cardiff University, Wales. Elisabeth speaks English (native), German, and understands French.
Danièle Van Haute
Danièle Van Haute has more than 40 years’ experience in administration with American international firms and legal practices, including 13 years for the U.S. State of Virginia’s Governor’s Office in Brussels. Working freelance since 1998, Danièle provides accounting and administrative services for a number of clients. Danièle has been with EUK since April 2004.
